Create Consultancy Ltd was established in 2004 by Niamh Fitzgerald and has quickly built a reputation for reliability, professionalism and expertise. We have particular experience in information & resource design and development, child and youth health improvement/promotion and youth friendly health services; research & evaluation as well as subject matter expertise in areas such as alcohol and substance misuse, mental and emotional health, sexual health & relationships and brief interventions on alcohol.

Create was originally formed as a specialist agency offering consultancy, research and training on substance misuse. Since then the team has expanded to include two full time consultants, two part time consultants, two associate consultants and three research assistants/administration staff. Each staff member has brought their own expertise which has enabled Create to expand into wider health improvement areas.

Since 2004, Create has been commissioned for a wide variety of projects within the public and the voluntary sectors.
