We are looking for young people aged 12 to 19 from across Greater Glasgow & Clyde to fill in a 5 minute confidential online questionnaire to tell us their thoughts on Text 4U – a sexual health information service.

Text 4 U is a sexual health information service that provides young people with information on where they can go locally for confidential advice or the meaning of sexual health words and terms. Young people access the service by sending a text message with key words on a subject they are interested in and they should receive an instant reply to their phone. We are asking young people their views on Text 4 U so that it can be improved and developed.

This questionnaire should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete and remember that it is CONFIDENTIAL, so you can be COMPLETELY HONEST.
