Communication Skills Research 2010-11

Create is undertaking a scoping exercise for NHS Education for Scotland to explore how health professionals across Scotland learn their communication skills. We are interviewing managers and practitioners in a range of disciplines across Scotland including cancer care, mental health and coronary heart disease. Doctors, nurses, pharmacists and a range of allied health professionals are included. We are also working with patient groups to gather examples of how good or poor communication has affected their experiences of healthcare. For more information, contact Susie Heywood.
