One Hit Kit Review for Glasgow Addiction Service

Create has recently been commissioned by GAS to report on the introduction of the new ‘One Hit Kit’ by injecting equipment providers in Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

Our report will outline the rationale behind the change to the One Hit Kit, the process by which it was introduced, and the views of service users who completed a survey about the new kit.

Our remit was to provide GAS with a clear and robust report which they could use to demonstrate to funders and others how they have improved IE provision for drug users in Glasgow. For Create, it ties in nicely with our experience of drug treatment, the pharmacy setting, user/public involvement and practice evaluation.
